Baldwin Park, Florida

From World War II until the 1990s, the area now known as Baldwin Park was used for military purposes. When the Orlando Army Air Station was established in 1942, it actually included an area much larger than what we now know as the Naval Training Center (NTC) Main Base. Today, it has been completely renovated and is home to thousand of residents, fifty miles of paths and trails and 200 acres of parks.

College Park is a distinct neighborhood within the city of Orlando, Florida, deriving its name from the many streets within its bounds that were named for institutions of higher learning such as Princeton, Harvard, and Yale. Its close proximity to downtown has made it a popular residential area. College Park is a local favorite because of its charming shops along Edgewater Drive, brick streets lined with large oak trees, and the Dubsdread Golf Course.
